Stephanie Griffiths is the senior partner in her own specialised consultancy dealing in organisational research, development and applied communication practice.
Prior to founding Cohesion some 29 years ago, she gained experience in journalism, behavioural and communication research, human resource and organisational development and management, gained on a national newspaper, several national industrial, consumer and financial journals and within the then multinational Barlow Rand Group.
Stephanie has served as a past chairperson of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), a professional body serving the interests of 13 000 members in 42 countries world-wide and as a trustee of the global IABC Research Foundation. She has also served as a vice-chairperson of the National Qualifications Forum Standards generating body for Public Relations and Communication Management.
She has served as the vice-chairperson of the IABC International Accreditation Council, working on professional development and accreditation on a global level and has served on a curriculum advisory council for the School of Business Science of a leading local university.
Her team have been privileged to consult to major corporates in both the public and private sector, both locally and abroad. Projects they have worked on have won numerous local and international awards for excellence.
